Wrong display of Russian characters. Texture text plugIT.

Description
(I remember you are correct for two-dimensional text "2dglib.pkg")
PlugIt "Texture Text". Tested on Russian language(on English incorrect characters too - not ????, in another unicode characters) there Russian is displayed correctly.

For multi platform we change the texture text method.
The OpenCV font use use here do not manage this at all.
The correct method we will need to implement is the use of an external and multi platform font library.
