Description
On Seven, with no 3d driver or with 3d off, SO3Engine doesn't load and Scol doesn't crash.
- Scol stays in memory,
- Several instances can be launched (all primary vm !),
- No message displayed (user doesn't know and can run X instances ...),
- No icon in the taskbar (normal, Scol isn't fully loaded).
