Returns some informations on the current electric power. This functions exists on MS Windows version. On others systems, like GNU/Linux, it is not yet implemented and it returns always 'nil'.

- I : The AC power status. 0 : offline, 1 : online, 255 : unknown
- I : The battery charge status
- I : The percentage of full battery charge remaining
- I : The estimed number of seconds of battery life remaining
- I : Always 0
