_fooFn
Similar as _fooId (integer) and _fooI (hex). Display the float value in the console and write it in the log (if the log mask >= MSKFOO). This function sets the decimal number to display / write
Prototype :
fun [F I] F
- F : any float
- I : the decimal number
Return : the same float
